Are your products Gluten Free?
Our products are produced in a shared facility and may contain traces of known allergens.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also accept cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks. Please note that all orders paid by personal check shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received and processed.
What is your security and privacy policy?
We know how important your privacy is so we respect and are committed to protecting it. We will not release your personal information with anyone outside of Qwiznibet Square Junction LLC or our reputable partner Zazzle. We will only use your personal information (email address, telephone number, address, etc) to process your order or to contact you directly if we have any questions or concerns about your order. What are your shipping rates?
For shipments within the United States, customers´ rates are based on package, total weight of content and your location. We can assure you our rates are competitive. Some orders may be calculated separately. For apparel / household goods / collectibles shipping rates.
How long will my order take?
Orders will vary depending on order. For FREE Shipping, we use USPS ground service, however for an additional fee you can get a package sent overnight, once it has been processed. Some orders may ship separately.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, for an additional fee. Please contact us via phone to assure the expediting process.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax for non-food items.
Do you license your cartoon characters?
Yes, you can contact our licensing department for a licensing agreement. We require characters to be imaged by our illustrator and product must be approved. E: licensing@qwiznibet.com
